Senior Associate – Patent Litigation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Associate (m/f/d) to join our Patent Litigation practice as soon as possible.

What to Expect

As a renowned boutique law firm with over ten years of experience in the market, we offer what large law firms rarely can: direct client contact from the very beginning, early responsibility for cases, and no artificial career rungs. You will represent clients—ranging from medium-sized companies to multinational corporations—in litigation, including court appearances (not just being present, but actually arguing the case). The path to partnership is a realistic one and is actively encouraged, not merely promised and then forgotten.

What you bring to the table

• At least three years of experience in patent litigation
• Excellent legal skills and a passion for litigation
• Resilience and the willingness to take on responsibility—and to shoulder it
• Business-level English
• Team spirit without a cutthroat attitude
