Anastasia Schuster advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on competition, trademark, and design law, as well as copyright and publishing law. She advises and represents national and international companies, both in and out of court. A particular focus of her work is on the management of trademark portfolios, the drafting and negotiation of (license) agreements, and the enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights.
Anastasia Schuster studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, specializing in intellectual property. She then completed her legal training at the Munich Higher Regional Court. She furthered her expertise by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Intellectual Property Law at Stockholm University.
After being admitted to the bar in 2024, she initially worked for a renowned international law firm. Anastasia Schuster has been working as a lawyer at AMPERSAND since November 2025.
