Carolin Becker advises clients in all areas of intellectual property with a focus on patent law. She advises and represents national and international companies, in particular in patent infringement proceedings. Her technical specialization lies in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and IT.
Carolin Becker studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, where she gained experience in IP law in a semester-long training station. She then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During this time, she worked in the legal department of a renowned international publishing house and in a pharma & life sciences boutique before being admitted to the bar in 2022.
She has been a lawyer at AMPERSAND since the beginning of 2023.
