Emily Peller advises and represents national and international clients from the fashion and luxury goods, food, press and publishing, media and social media as well as advertising and marketing sectors in all areas of intellectual property with a particular focus on trademark law, design law and copyright law as well as competition law. Her work includes out-of-court advice as well as representation before courts and authorities.
She studied law with a focus on information and communications law at the Universities of Passau and Nantes, France. She then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, where she worked in the legal department of one of the largest German media groups.
Before her admission to the bar in 2020, she worked as a research assistant in the IP team of a major international law firm in Munich and completed the Master's program "International Studies in Intellectual Property Law" at the Technical University of Dresden in Dresden and Prague. She has been an attorney at AMPERSAND since 2020.
