Fabian Hubel is an attorney specializing in intellectual property law. He advises clients primarily on trademark, design, copyright, and competition law. He assists them in enforcing and defending their intellectual property rights, as well as in the legal assessment of competition law issues.

Fabian Hubel studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court. He began specializing in intellectual property law while still a student. During his clerkship, he worked at a large law firm specializing in intellectual property law, among other roles.

Thanks to his additional training as a business mediator, Fabian Hubel has extensive expertise in negotiation and conflict management.
