Franziska Erlmeier advises in all areas of IP law with a strong focus on patent law. Her technical specialisation includes telecommunications, information technology, and mechanical engineering. Further areas of expertise lie in trademark law as well as IT and data protection.
Franziska Erlmeier studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and Chinese at the SDI International University in Munich and in Qingdao, China.
During her studies, Franziska Erlmeier worked in the legal department of a major German car manufacturer in Munich and Beijing, China, as well as in the legal department of an international technology company.
She then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stations, among others, at the European Patent Office.
Since being admitted to the bar in 2023, she has been an attorney at AMPERSAND.
