Maximilian Reif primarily practices patent and competition law. During his studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, he specialized in intellectual property law and spent his legal clerkship at a renowned Munich-based IP boutique law firm. He also worked for this firm as a lawyer for four years after being admitted to the bar, actively participating in many litigation proceedings, primarily in patent law.

Since then, he has represented and advised national and international clients, primarily in judicial and extrajudicial patent law disputes and competition law issues. Another focus of his work is the drafting of (license) agreements.
