Lena Carla Weber advises and represents clients from various industries in IP law matters. Her practice covers the entire spectrum of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark law and unfair competition.
Her practice focuses on the protection and enforcement of IP rights in both contentious and non-contentious proceedings, strategic trademark advice and the drafting and negotiation of IP agreements. Lena Carla Weber has extensive expertise in combating product piracy and advising and representing clients in complex legal disputes. A further focus of her practice is advising clients in complex multinational corporate transactions, including the transfer and licensing of IP rights.
Lena Carla Weber studied law at the Universities of Constance and Paris Descartes and was admitted to the bar in 2018. She received her doctorate from the University of Konstanz on the forfeiture of injunctive relief in German unfair competition law(summa cum laude). Prior to AMPERSAND, she worked in the IP practice group of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt (2018 - 2023) and in an IP boutique in Munich. Lena Carla Weber is a member of GRUR.
